Observing One is a Chilean company, created in 2008 and formally established in 2012, dedicated to investing in and developing high-potential projects through a strategic methodology.
The company seeks opportunities in high-potential ventures, providing pre-investment capital and business-strategy expertise. Its evaluation approach uses the uncertainty curve model (probabilistic risk analysis) across the different phases of each project.
The team is made up of civil, business administration and industrial engineers working collaboratively on strategy and performance.
Interest began in the Relincho, Macizo, Pacha II and La Chilena mining projects.
The company is legally constituted.
The Relincho mining project is successfully completed and sold.
Acquisition of 100% of the Macizo mine, in alliance with the Orinsa investment company.
